Payment Methods & Security

1. Prices and currency

All prices on new.plus-transfers.mk are shown in euro (EUR) and in Macedonian denars (MKD). The denar amount is calculated at a fixed rate of 1 EUR = 62 MKD. Prices are per vehicle, one way, and include all taxes, tolls, parking and airport meet & greet — there are no hidden fees.

2. Payment methods

• Pay the driver — at the end of the ride, in cash (EUR or MKD) or by card in the vehicle. No deposit is required.
• Online card payment — Visa, Mastercard and Maestro cards, processed by CaSys International through the CPAY payment gateway. Online payments are charged in Macedonian denars (MKD) in the amount shown next to the euro price; your card issuer converts the amount to your card currency at its own rate.

3. Security of online payments

When you choose online payment you are redirected to the secure CPAY page of CaSys International, a PCI DSS certified payment processor. Your card number, expiry date and CVV are entered only on that page and are transmitted encrypted (TLS) directly to CaSys and the card schemes. Plus Transfers Skopje never sees, receives or stores your card data. Transactions are protected by 3-D Secure (Verified by Visa / Mastercard Identity Check) where supported by your bank.

This website is served exclusively over HTTPS with a valid TLS certificate. We store only the booking data you enter (name, contact details, route and date) as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Confirmation and receipt

After a successful online payment you receive an e-mail confirmation with your booking reference and the amount paid. A fiscal receipt / invoice is issued by Plus Transfers Skopje on request to info@plus-transfers.mk.

5. Refunds

Refunds of online payments are made exclusively to the card used for the payment, within 14 days of approval, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Statement on the conversion of currency

All payments will be effected in Macedonian currency – denar (MKD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in euro into Macedonian denar at a fixed rate of 1 EUR = 62 MKD. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our website.
